A Kiss
Is all it takes
If you miss the way we kissed,
Or asked me out for tea,
Or think it was better,
When you and I were we.
Call me on the telephone,
Let’s consolidate,
And tie the knot; we’ll have the lot,
Before it gets too late.
Mice and men, Barbie and Ken,
And interlocking aunties,
Pirate Pete and parrots too,
None of them wear panties.
So here we are, opening the jar,
And sniff in the aroma,
Dance the jig and Salsa,
Listen to us purr
Hit and miss, try to kiss,
With our eyes wide shut,
And a tongue is always fun,
Hear me go ker phut.
Open up the envelope,
And organise your thoughts,
Try a little tantrum,
In your boxer shorts.
Kisses can consolidate,
A long-lost love affair,
Tell a horse and of course,
Also, tell the mare.
Harry was a hisser,
A sibilating snake,
A little nip upon her lip,
That is all that it did take.
So, please do it softly,
And for heaven’s sake, don’t miss,
Smoochy mooch and coochy coo,
Please give me a little kiss
