A Moment of Reflection
Relaxation.
Leaning on a likelihood,
Fiercely fuelled fixation,
Then I did what I should
I took total relaxation.
It only takes a second,
A moment of reflection,
Until I fully reckoned,
It was total relaxation.
A trip upon a tennis ball,
As I return your service,
And my dear, that’s not all,
I claim mine deserve.
Sitting here in solitude,
In total relaxation,
A subtle change in attitude,
The happy culmination.
So, I know when I go,
And travel past my mind,
That the seeds that I sow,
Are there for me to find.
Names fly by like butterflies,
On a summer’s day,
Tell the truth and save the lies,
These are words I like to say.
They say it is the season,
For total relaxation,
We don’t even need a reason,
To be led to temptation.
Sent from heaven on a stick,
Summer has come again,
Don’t delay. We must be quick,
To miss is such a shame.
