Heart Warming

Time to tap a greeting

It’s nice to splice the mainbrace,
Or set sail and meditate,
Stay in touch it’s not too much,
It never is too late.

Heart-warming and the happiness,
Eliminates the fear,
Time to tap a greeting,
To know that you are near.

In the breeze, I’m pleased to ease,
The sheets and feel her fly,
In a skiff across the Bay,
And watch the world go by.

A small act of kindness,
Showing that we care,
A yelp for help that’s answered,
A prayer that we all share.

It’s about people power,
Let’s consolidate,
And think about our neighbour,
Act now and not too late.

We’re social and we’re local,
Time to do our very best,
In people not the dollar,
The best way to invest.

It’s time for friends and family,
A global get together,
Being free, being me,
Embracing the weather.

We’ll see it through and it’s true,
We all need each other,
Stay in touch it’s not too much,
It’s the way to recover.
