Hi Mia. I contacted Medium when this issue came up originally and have again now.
There is no technical issue my end.
Because no one has responded to you or clapped the technical issue is definitely your end.
When I try to respond all the others on your list come up except mine and there is no provision to clap or respond.
Do you have Mediums latest App. Mine was out of date and I had to purchase a new iPhone.
Your computer or iPhone may be in a loop.
Try rebooting them! 🙏
