I loved every inch of your hitchhiking adventure with Chris, Gill.
Though doesn’t surprise me being an avid fan of your excellent posts, stories, and travels! Especially to here “Down Under” in Australia!
It did however remind me of many epic memories of hitchhiking in France and Germany in the winter of 1962 with my girlfriend and later solo to Hanover, partly covered in the poem “My Life” published on Medium!
