Kinesis
Moving with the beat
Up and down in and out,
Moving with the beat,
Dance and drift in harmony,
My head down to my feet.
Slip and slide the symphony,
Ease and tease my soul,
Walk into the wilderness,
In total control.
Last to pass the threshold,
Do it one more time,
Stir, shift and change position,
To the rhythm and the rhyme.
Do the hokey pokey,
Moving in the groove,
Across the floor and what’s more,
Let’s get up and move.
Install an app so you can chat,
With friends and family,
Breathe in the air and take a chair,
Out to the balcony.
There are many ways and means,
And dreams take legs and dance,
Singing in the shower,
Inspire each circumstance.
Time to salve and seal with hope,
The knowledge this will pass,
Heal and feel the love around,
Seen through the looking glass.
Ease the inhibitions,
Open up your heart,
The thesis is kinesis,
Let’s all play our part.
