Mislaid

Hidden in the annals,
The annals of my mind,
Indistinctive channels,
Thoughts I’d left behind.

Mislaid information,
Right back from the start,
An altered situation,
From which I did depart.

Getting back to basics,
Shutting nothing out,
Deals were done with patience,
That is what it’s all about.

Trying something different,
Then the old routine,
Not remaining ignorant,
A way to change the scene.

On a trip to nowhere,
Some thoughts evaporate,
Then to try a double dare,
Before it is too late.

A trip into the country,
The wind the rain and the heat,
More often than monthly.
Is very hard to beat.

A slow swim in the ocean,
There, floating in the sea.
The very type of lotion,
Meant to set me free.

Mislaid information,
Digging in the depths,
Tools for more creation,
Are thoughts and new concepts.
