Psalms

Of satisfaction

More and more, there’s more in store,
New scenes I’ve seen in dreams,
And so, I see, more and more,
There’re things to do, it seems.

Life is like an endless tide,
The cycles of the moon,
And sometimes a wild ride,
She joined the cyclic tune.

People come, and people go,
There’s pain, some blame, and more,
And for all that I know,
There’s plenty more in store.

Images come into view,
Wane then disappear,
It seems there’s always something new,
Though often, it’s not clear.

Where the road is leading,
And what is new and when?
One of us needs,
A helping hand again.

Lift me, don’t let me down,
Ask me questions, please,
Wear a smile, not a frown,
The day is here to seize.

Psalms of satisfaction,
Along with songs of praise,
And the interaction,
Of a different phase.

I’m lost for words; if only,
I could fly,
I’d travel more and more,
And view the world from high.
