Room

To move

There must be room to move.
Co-operation and flexibility
Without it, we can’t improve
And assets turn to liability

Some give and take a blessing.
Intransigence never will work.
Let’s dispense with the guessing.
And not end up going berserk

Adaptability is the only answer.
Tolerance and compromise too
Rigidity turns into a cancer
Harmonics are tried and true

Let’s discard the intolerance.
And be willing to compromise.
Try a different beat and dance.
Concede and apologise

The answer is being elastic.
Without stretching too far
Be giving and enthusiastic
And leave alone the bizarre

I know with adjustability.
And open-mindedness, we can move.
And embrace variability
And things are bound to improve.

There must be room to move.
Co-operation and flexibility
Without it, we can’t improve
And assets turn to liability

A chance to dance forever
Across the golden sand
Into the never, never
Let me hold your hand
